Delete your Aklti account

You can delete your Aklti account and all its data at any time, in the App or by email.

In the App

1. Open Aklti and go to Settings.
2. Under Privacy & data, tap Delete my account and data.
3. Read what will be deleted, then confirm.

The deletion happens at once.

By email

Write to privacy@aklti.app from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will answer within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile, goals and daily targets.
• Your health answers and food profile.
• Your whole diary: meals, analyses and drafts.
• Your saved dishes and the foods you added.
• Your exercise log.
• Your consent records and usage counters.
• Your sign-in account at our sign-in provider.

Dishes in Aklti's shared dish library stay, because they contain nothing about you. Deleted data may remain in our hosting providers' backups for a limited time, until those backups are overwritten. More details are in the Privacy Policy.
